You are here: Get Involved > Be an IT Intern You Can Be an IT InternThe North American offices of several Wycliffe-family organizations define interns as current college students or recent graduates with a major in an area of IT who come for an 8-10 week period during the summer for the purpose of working in some Wycliffe IT domain. Interns gain real IT work experience and generally make a significant contribution to Bible translation as well. The students are expected to raise their own support. At the present time, Orlando accepts applications for the three centres in the USA that have internship programs: JAARS (Waxhaw, NC); Wycliffe Bible Translators USA (Orlando, FL); and International Linguistics Centre (Dallas, TX). Qualified applications are taken on a first-come, first selected basis, so it is important to apply before the deadline for the limited number of positions.
